Product liability actions are legal cases brought against the manufacturers, distributors and the sellers of a product that causes injury to one or more people as a result of a design defect, manufacturing defect or marketing defect.
Additionally, Ms. Fazio represents individuals injured by the medical negligence of health care providers, and also defends hospitals, doctors and ancillary health care providers against claims of negligence. She represents medical and dental professionals in actions against their licenses brought by the Department of Health.
